GUIDELINES

for climbing at The Boardroom

From the 26th December Wales has moved to Alert Level 2.

As a result some guidelines have tightened. Notably:

Masks at all times, unless you are climbing or eating.

Social distance, the 2 meter rule at all times please.

Check out system is back. Please remember to check out! Currently, you do not need to book a climbing slot, but this may change.

Please limit your climbing session to 3 hours during busy times. If we are quiet then please feel free to climb longer.

Please do not come climbing if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

Card payment preferred, pay on the door or can use your DD membership etc.

Please, where possible arrive ready to climb.

Remember your mask for all areas, they are still required by law in Wales!

Please be considerate of other climbers. Social distancing is back to 2m, so be respectful.

Wipe down gym equipment and training areas before and after use with spray and cloths provided.

Don’t touch your face! And cough/sneeze into a tissue or crease of the elbow.

When you’ve finished climbing check out, so we know you have left the building.

We have done everything possible by following government guidelines to ensure we minimise the risk.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK at all times* unless you are climbing or eating.

RESPECT OTHER CLIMBERS

NB: If you are an adult supervising children, you will need to be registered here so we can check you in to monitor numbers. 1 adult can supervise up to 2 children. All children must be registered here and have climbed here before, unless they are being supervised by us.

INSTRUCTED SESSIONS

Our instructors will be wearing visors to deliver sessions. Masks must be worn in general areas and reception, but not whilst climbing.

If you are booked onto a session run by one of our instructors

*Children under 11 are not required to wear a mask
