A THREE PART COURSE FOR V0-V3 CLIMBERS

The course will cover:
· Warming up and injury prevention
· Techniques and skills for effective climbing
· Strategies for tackling harder climbs
This course will introduce you to the techniques and theories which allow you to make the greatest use of your strength and how to make climbing look and feel easy. Through practice, guidance and video analysis our coaches will help you overcome anything that is holding you back, so you can feel confident, improve and most importantly enjoy your climbing.
£65 for 3×1½ hr coaching sessions
First session February 21st then the following two Thursday evenings (28th Feb & 7th March)
